2017年4月13日，工业和信息化部副部长、数控机床专项第一行政责任人辛国斌主持召开会议，审议数控机床专项2017年度计划(以下简称年度计划)。
会上，部装备工业司介绍了年度计划的编制情况，参会单位发表了建议和意见，会议原则审议通过了年度计划。

辛国斌在讲话中指出，要以习近平总书记重要讲话精神为指引，认真贯彻落实今年政府工作报告的要求，高度重视专项的组织实施工作，统筹规划、规范运作、加强监管、深化运用，为深入实施“中国制造2025”做好支撑。
工业和信息化部办公厅、规划司、财务司、科技司、军民结合推进司、产业发展促进中心有关人员参加会议。
